Your guys are professional and quick to turn work around at a reasonable price, but more than this – there is a degree of your staff taking responsibility and acting in a proactive manner.  There have been a  number of times when not all the  info required was on our drawings, but your agents went either on street view or google earth and sorted it out without bothering us. Your reports are also recognised by LABC and NHBC and therefore we don’t have to worry about unnecessary queries.
